What's the difference between Casper Labs and Casper?

Casper Labs is the development team that is currently building the Casper Network. Casper Labs has been developing Casper throughout both the testnet and mainnet periods. As a public, open-source network, Casper can be developed on and by anyone in addition to the Casper Labs team.
